OntoLing Tab Installation Instructions
For OntoLing 2.0 (Protege 3.x)
Installation:
- Copy the entire folder it.uniroma2.info.ai-nlp.ontoling inside the
plugins directory of Protege
- In order to use Ontoling, you must download the
Linguistic Watermark package (version 1.0). Then you have to install at least an existing linguistic interface which is compliant with that version of the Watermark
For OntoLing 1.1 (Protege 2.1) and OntoLing 1.1.1 (Protege 3.0) with Wordnet Interface 1.1
In this version of WordnetInterface all
JWNL packages have been included in the WordnetInterface distribution,
so there is no more need for downloading
JWNL.
Installation:
For OntoLing 1.0 (Protege 2.0) (with Wordnet Interface)
- OntoLing and Wordnet Interface Installation:
- Download the OntoLing Tab and the Wordnet Interface
- Extract OntoLingTab.jar and the OntoLing.properties property file from the binary distribution of OntoLing, then
WordnetInterface.jar from the binary distribution of the Wordnet Interface, finally put all of of them into the plugins directory of your Protégé installation directory
- Wordnet and JWNL Installation:
- Enjoy :-)
THIRD PARTY LIBRARIES INCLUDED IN THE WORDNET-INTERFACE RELEASE:
the WordnetInterface release includes the following third party libraries:
commons-logging.jar which
has been developed by the Apache Software Foundation (http://www.apache.org/)
jwnl.jar
JWNL (Java Wordnet Library) which was architected by John Didion,
and the majority of the code written by him.
