CODA latest builds are available on Maven. Check the usage documentation for importing its OSGi bundles from Maven.
The source code of CODA is available via GIT or downloadable from its project site on Bitbucket
A demo of coda is also available for download, providing an example application extracting information from the IMDB site and triplifyng it according to the Movie Ontology MO.
