Documentation
Sheet2RDF comes both as command line tool and as a tool for VocBench, providing a user interface for loading datasheets, generating the PEARL file, projecting the datasheet content as RDF triples and finally adding them to the project loaded in the hosting application.
The documentation addresses both the distributions.
- command line usage
- graphical interface usage (as tool of VocBench)
The strongest points of Sheet2RDF lie in its optimal combination of:
- a powerful triplification language, as provided by PEARL
- a convention-over-configuration approach: the projection specifications in the PEARL file may be automatically compiled by conventioned information provided in the datasheet
Finally, a tutorial guides the new user through some typical examples of spreadsheets to be imported and how to convert their content.
